Do you have any tips on how to get past the second level? I suck at this game.

ummm... I don't remember much about that level and I suck too lol. I haven't played this in a long time and I just started game+. I guess just keep doing it and you will eventually beat it as you get better at the game. This is an extremely hard game so you won't really ever beat something first try. Good luck!
