I'm lucky enough to live in a city with an awesome public library system from which I can borrow games like Shovel Knight! That is some tax dollars well spent.

Yeah. Whenever a major wii u game releases our library gets a dozen copies (2 to 5 for less popular games). There is always a waiting list. Standard lending limit is 3 weeks, but you can extend that and keep each games longer if you wish. You can borrow up to 2 games simultaneously. They also have a decent back catalog of wii games. Its a pretty sweet deal living in a large metropolitan area.
