the propeler dagger and phase locket are realy good... i think that since you got this on october you probable got plague of shadows for free as well... i think you need an code to unlock it after playing shovel knights story.

no, i mean like an cheat code. i didnt need it, but some ppl needed it. so, if you finish shovel knights campaign and doesnt unlock it, look up the cheat code on google...

the devs made an list with a lot of cheat codes, one of the more famous ones is the "butt code". its prety funny to play around with them.

you can enter the plague knight code at title screen. the other codes u can enter when naming an file, for example, name the file: X&BUTT and you will start "butt mode". you can use google to find other codes.

btw, plague knights code is: hold the atk buttom, then press up, up, right, down, left, left, then release the atk buttom.
