When Plague Knight dances after beating an enemy he looks like one of the spies from Spy vs Spy. Makes sense, with the bombs 'n all.

The robe is purely cosmetic, i wouldn't rush on getting it

Yeah, I assumed it was like the golden armour for Shovel Knight. During that playthrough I only bought the black armour, but this time I might buy more than one robe whenever I get to whoever sells them.

There's no harm in buying all the armour and robes, just prioritize the ones that help you the most first

Yeah, at the time I could only afford one and I decided to choose the one I thought was best and I got so used to it I didn't bother getting the others.
