reize was a character added by a backer, like the baz, phantom striker and mr hat. i heard he appeared before in a game named valdis story. but now pretty much everyone remembers him from shovel knight.

Yeah that game, liked it pretty much.
Also did some googleing for Reize. Nice and funny character, I also like his themes, but yeah, guess I'll remember him in Shovel Knight first, too ;D
