If you start New Game +, you should use the Caltrops(I play in german so i dont know what the English name is). They barely use up darkness and are pretty powerful too. Clearly one of the best Post-Game Items in Video Games.

I'll have to give New Game+ a shot for all characters someday! Maybe after I complete the King Knight campaign.

I already managed to beat NG+ for all 3 Current characters. I am waiting, Yacht Club.
