these dlcs were kickstarter stretch goals that were backed. hence why they're free. the amiibo doesn't come from the kickstarter

#khalid simple. you just have to upgrade the game. said upgrade comes with plague of shadows and the challenge mode. by the way, you can only play plague knight's story if you've beatsn the game or used a cheat code yatch club games revealed recently. i don't remeber said code, though...
