You're welcome! But how does Shield Knight manage to carry her big shield around? It HAS to be heavy, either that, or it is a lightweight Shield

Maybe she is strong like Siegfriend from Puzzle and Dragons Z, Siegfriend is able to use the Balmung, a Magical Sword which 10 normal people can't even lift

I have to agree with @jacob here shield is either lightweight and durable, or is some form of relic like Shovel knight's ”phase locket”.
