note: gold cloak doesn't not seem to do anything special defensewise. [the little jumping animation though is surprisingly funny. jubilance increased by 200% indeed.]

Many people say that too.
I'm still leaning towards the original Shovel Knight campaign because I've played it over and over to get all the feats.
But once I get into conquering Plague Knight 100%, I'll like it more and more. It does have great charm to it and playing as a villain is always fun!

Shovel Knight is Yacht Club's 1st game! The company was founded in 2011. Too be fair, I'm sure there are many designer veterans from other companies in Yacht Club.

I agree. I only use Rail Mail for that exact reason.
