I don't Tinker Knight as a character ever had interest or experience in combat, hence he can be pretty awkward and erratic in battles. Even the battles with his mech seems more like they where designed to intimidate foes, rather than to efficiently defeat them in combat. It seems like he did however spend much more time in designing the defense systems to his lair.

I assume Tinker Knight is likely introverted, possibly anti-social, and just wants to be left alone so he can design more inventions. It would explain a lot if that was the case.

well. if he made it to keep people out. it worked. also. think this line might be a hint as to why king is the last playable knight? maybe. but probably not.
