AWE! This is so sweet! I wish I knew how to dance :') The lengths we go to for love. *sigh* Now I have to decide what I'm gonna play next. (It may be more Shovel Knight, but we'll see.)

Hey, maybe check Specter's New Game Plus if you haven't. It adds a whole new mechanic that's a lot of fun and trouble. xD

Fun and trouble? Sounds like a good combo! :D I'll definitely check that out after I take a break for a bit. Been playing SK for a month and I kinda abandoned the game I was in to play Specter of Torment! Hahaha! Like I saw it and couldn't resist! Now I figure I should finish what was started in PSMD before starting new game +

Sounds good! I have never tried a Mystery Dungeon game, even though I've played many Pokémon games. I wonder how I'd like it! Good luck with the dungeoneering. :)

Ah thanks so much! :) Hey you should try it sometime! The story is always really good in those games and they can be difficult at times. My favourite is Explorers of Sky, which btw came out on the eShop not to long ago! ;) The music is also really amazing!

I see! I'll have to give 'em a go sometime! And while we're on the topic of really good stories and music, I've been playing Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for the first time and that game has blown me away with how good it is. :P

NICE! :) The Thousand Year Door? I can't say I've heard of that title, but I have heard good things about the Paper Mario series! I'm not much of a Mario gamer and I reaally wouldn't know where to begin with Mario. But if you say it's good then maybe I'll start there! There are so many games on my List! Ahhhaa! xD

The Thousand-Year Door is such a delight! I'm close to beating the story now and it's been a blast. The writing is so charming and the characters and their subplots are all really memorable and cool. It's very different from other Mario games in that it's more of an RPG with a focus on story and exploration. I think you'd like it! Oh, and I feel ya. I too have a problem with big gaming backlogs xD

And about where to start with Mario: since you like platformers, I'd recommend Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World. Those are my favorite Mario platformers, even if a bit old. SMB3 inspired Shovel Knight in many ways! Both are on 3DS eShop. The Paper Mario games are self-contained stories and you could start with any you'd like, although TTYD is so far my favorite!
